Perhaps you don’t need a complete video with edits, fancy motion graphics and background music. Perhaps you just need a professional videographer to capture your company’s annual meeting, your keynote presentation, fundraising event or your soccer team’s championship game. Whatever the case might be, I also offer videography services in addition to complete video service package.

I always welcome the opportunity to be part of the project involving outdoors and adventure. I have a strong passion for filming in remote areas and my extensive experience in wilderness videography makes me a great fit for expeditions and adventure documentaries.

Most video production companies calculate their fees based on hourly or daily rates. That is a standard within the industry and IcebergFilms is not an exception. That is easy part. The challenge is to determine how much work will be required to produce your video. That will then dictate the number of hours or days to complete it.
Do you need assistance with writing a script? Does your video need a voice over artist? Actors? How many videographers on how many locations will be needed to effectively capture all necessary footage? Will your video require animated graphics? Is it targeted for web streaming, for trade show or for DVD? All these elements affect the total cost. That’s why developing the concept for your video is first and the most important step in the whole process. Based on the concept, I will be able to determine not only how long it will take to produce your video, but also what elements and what equipment will be required to achieve desired results. From there, calculating the cost of your video is very straight forward.
BUDGETING
The process of calculating the cost can be simplified by “reversing” the process. Start with your budget. Set the price which you are willing to spend on your video and I will help you to develop the concept so the final cost will fit within that budget.
